Program name: Mi Casa. Mi Casa is the 21 Industries Home text-messaging program, operated by 21 Ind. LLC. It answers texts about the household's own home, including records the household asks for and maintenance reminders the homeowner turned on. Mi Casa does not send marketing messages.

Who can enroll: household members approved by the homeowner.
